On May 16th, 2017, the vice captain of 4th criminal division of Beijing City, Yingkun Hu, and the vice captain criminal division of Fengtai District, Peng Xu, gave a silk banner, which read “Loyal to duty. Enthusiastic Service. Maintaining justice. Together in harmony”, to CCRTT. The CEO of CCRTT, Jing Xuan, gave a very warm welcome to them.

Firstly, the captain Hu thanked CCRTT a lot for their assistance in this fraud case, which a group swindled elderly men by using ‘wrong version RMB’ in 10 districts in Beijing, involving more than 2,300,000 RMB that are the life savings of victims.   

Although the divisions of different districts had done various degrees investigations, little progress was made. The ACC group of the CCRTT got to know the demand of criminal division of Beijing, traced the tickets of criminal suspects (including the route, station and time, etc.) and provided the proof to the police by using the invented business search system with the information provided by the police and comparing the data. The police solved this case successfully with the solid data foundation and the assistance of CCRTT.

The ACC system is responsible for the releasing and management of the special ticket of the railway transportation system and doing account checking and clearing among operational companies, operational routes and different systems. It is also in charge of establishing standards, rules and the business process. Besides, the ACC system provides the external institutions with the search function that can help polices to crack down illegal crimes, which makes a contribution to maintain social security and stability and construct a harmonious society in Beijing.

The CEO of CCRTT, Jing Xuan, said it was an honor to assistant the police to solve the criminal case and it reflected the social responsibility of CCRTT in compliance, honesty and community return. The CCRTT would do the job of developing and researching the big data better and share the program with polices in order to cracking down illegal crimes and make a contribution to the peace in Beijing.
